Baukulturwerk does not provide craft, construction, restoration or consulting services itself.

Conclusion of contracts

Contracts for work, services, consulting or other services are concluded exclusively between the client and the respective craft business. Baukulturwerk does not become a contractual party.

Responsibility of clients

Clients are responsible for independently checking the suitability of a craft business, including qualifications, references, insurance, approvals, prices and contractual terms.

Review of craft businesses

Baukulturwerk may review certificates, master craftsman documents, training certificates or reference projects. Such a review does not constitute a guarantee of quality, performance or reliability.

Exclusion of liability

Baukulturwerk is not liable for the quality of services, execution of work, delays, construction defects, consequential damage, financial loss or contractual breaches between clients and craft businesses.

Content of company profiles

The respective craft businesses are solely responsible for company profile content, including service descriptions, images, references, certificates, qualification documents and contact details.

Reviews

Reviews reflect only the opinion of the respective users. Illegal or abusive content may be removed after review.

Platform availability

Baukulturwerk strives to provide high platform availability. There is no entitlement to uninterrupted use at all times.

Changes

Baukulturwerk may amend this Mediation and Liability Policy at any time. The version published on the platform applies.
